Cosumnes Community Services District (“District”) is inviting bids for the renovation of an existing park in Elk Grove, CA. 

Improvements include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services necessary for the construction of a park, including but not limited to the following:  clearing, grubbing, removal of existing equipment, grading, irrigation modifications, planting, electrical and installation of: concrete flatwork, curbs, decomposed granite, parking lot striping, site furnishings, a shade structure, play equipment, wood fiber, and other appurtenances.
