Teen Lap Swim
Missing your PE Swim Classes? Join us for teen lap swimming. Workouts will be posted on the pool deck everyday. All workouts are designed to fit all levels of swimmers and all levels of fitness. Participants will follow the Sacramento County Public Health Order guidelines (1 swimmer per lane). Register now for Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday!
Prerequisites: Participants must be able to swim 50 yards without stopping.
Come learn the rules, regulations, and techniques for playing this exciting fast-paced game of Water Polo! Participants will practice skills and drills as well as participate in scrimmages. Register now!
Prerequisites: Participants must be able to swim 25 yards freestyle and tread water for 1 minute.
For intermediate to advanced swimmers wanting to experience a swim conditioning program that introduces the expectations and training of a swim team program. Participants will work on gaining proficiency and improving stroke technique, learning legal turns, and receiving consistent conditioning throughout the program. Register now!
Prerequisites: Participants must be able to swim all four competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly).
