Join the CSD and the City of Elk Grove at FitFest, a special event celebrating everything fitness. Stroll through the Fitness Festival, bring the kids out for the free kids zone, watch athletes battle it out in the Elk Grove Gauntlet and have fun watching the little ones make their way through the Kid’s Warrior Challenge obstacle course. 

Free activities will include:

  • Stage Demos/Entertainment
  • Inflatable Obstacle Courses and Bounce Houses
  • Little Tot Tumbling Area
  • Learn about healthy habits, fitness and nutrition from the vendors
  • And much more.....

Festival is free fun for all ages! Pre-registration is required for competitions (Kid’s Warrior Challenge and Elk Grove Gauntlet).  Food will be available for purchase.

Kids Warrior Challenge Obstacle Course

Age 6-12
$25/participant

Registration is accepted at a CSD registration location, 916-405-5600, or online.

Registration is limited to the first 210 children. Each participant gets 45 mins on the obstacle course. For details, visit the Kid Warrior Challenge page.

Elk Grove Gauntlet Fitness Competition

Age 18+
$200/team (per team of 4)

Teams of 4 (can be all male, all female or co-ed) will compete in 2 different competition levels to determine who’s fit to take home the title. Open to men and women, Masters (35+) and Rx (Open). You must be 18 or over to participate. Registration includes a commemorative Gauntlet shirt. Each category has a maximum number of teams allowed to participate, so sign up to secure your spot today!

Individual Competition, $50 per person

Are you the fittest person in Elk Grove? Enter our individual competition. Elk Grove Residents Only. You must be 18 or over to participate. Prizes are given in each category.
