RECREATION ADVENTURES (RAD) PROGRAM
Cosumnes CSD provides adapted and inclusive recreation with the Recreation ADventures (RAD) program. This program provides recreation opportunities for people with disabilities through both adaptive and inclusive recreation programs.
Participants are encouraged to explore programs in a safe and fun environment while learning a new skill, improving their physical fitness, and making new friends along the way.

RAD Dance for Fitness
Come shake it at Dance for Fitness every Wednesday. Learn different styles of dance & basic choreography in this high-energy class through structured and free movement exercises.
RAD Open Rec
Come check out RAD for a variety of fun activities including arts and crafts, pool & ping pong, board games, card games, basketball, soccer, group games, and so much more!
Smile and Stretch!
Relax the mind while increasing flexibility, strength, and balance in this rejuvenating stretch class. This class is designed for students of all abilities who are looking for a safe and supportive place to experience the multiple benefits of yoga.
Designed for individuals with disabilities. Receive one-on-one instruction at student’s level for 8 class sessions.
