Water Aerobics is quickly becoming the top adult exercise program in the nation. With ease of motion and limited resistance, it provides a great healthy alternative to traditional impact aerobics. All classes are taught by trained instructors. Our classes are available to those ages 16+.
This non-impact class offers participants the freedom of movement through water without touching or standing on the pool bottom. With a combination of exaggerated and quick movements, it will give you a total body workout. This class is great for cardiovascular exercise or helping to treat muscle and bone injuries.
An energetic workout for all participant levels with movements that will increase your heart rate and offer you a total body workout. This class offers low and high impact moves to improve cardiovascular health and an abdominal workout to strengthen, tone, and build the body’s core muscles. Class is conducted in shallow water with a maximum depth of 4.5 feet.
A combination of Pilates and Yoga, this class offers the great core and back strengthening of Pilates and the calming balance of mind a body stretches of Yoga. Namaste. Class is conducted in shallow water with a maximum depth of 4.5 feet.
A deep water class that consists of high energy intervals guaranteed to trick your metabolism into working efficiently during and after your workout. Class is finished with a blast of core strengthening and will leave you feeling refreshed and alive.
Ideal for runners or participants recovering from injury but looking for a low-impact workout, this class offers the benefits of running with less impact on the body. Participants’ goals will be to increase cardiovascular conditioning against water resistance in water 3.5 feet deep by moving against the current of the Lazy River. This class may utilize a flotation belt and other equipment. Participants need to bring their own water noodle.
This class is a great option for those with arthritis, joint and muscle pain, or those recovering from injury, This low-impact class focuses on range of motion, with gentle stretching and exercises geared toward reducing pain and stiffness. Class is conducted in water ranging in depth from 3.5 to 5 feet. This class may utilize equipment. Participants need to bring their own water noodle.
These AquaBoards offer a versatile full body workout while essentially laying on top of the water. These classes are done on inflatable "yoga mats" that attach to the lane lines for stability. Classes offered are a combination of yoga & HIIT style fitness, taught by certified AquaBody Strong Instructors. Class is conducted in water ranging in depth from 3.5 to 5 feet.
