The 100 Park Challenge is your sign to get outside and get moving! We’re challenging you to visit your local parks, trails, or green spaces 100 times before the end of the year. How you spend your time in the park is up to you: spend 10 minutes or more walking on a trail, sitting at a bench, going on a jog, riding a bike, or enjoying your favorite outdoor activity, and that’s it! It’s really as simple as that!
Once you’ve made your visit to the park, mark it on your 100 Park Challenge Tracker Sheet (PDF) and see your progress throughout the year. While you take on this challenge, we encourage you to share it with the community! Post a picture to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter with the hashtag #100ParkChallenge and see how everyone is doing on this journey with you. If you’re ok with having your content shared publically, be sure to tag @CosumnesParkRec in your post too!
For a chance to win prizes, be sure to REGISTER for this challenge and keep an eye out on social media for more information to come!
