Pool rules
Age Group - Fall Swim Clinic Come experience recreational swimming with quality coaches that will assist you with stroke development,
technique, drills, and conditioning with an atmosphere of fun. This is not a learn-to-swim program, but builds
upon the philosophies of competitive recreation swimming, without attending swim meets.
Prerequisites: swim 25-yards unassisted without stopping; tested on first day.
*No practice on September 6 or October 11

Age Group - Winter Swim ClinicMaintain your conditioning and endurance with qualified coaches that help assist with stroke technique,
stroke development, endurance, and turn work. Practices will have emphasis on increased yardage and distance training during practices.
Prerequisites: swim 25-yards unassisted without stopping; tested on first day.
*No practice on November 11, 24, 25 and January 17

High School Swimming DevelopmentFor all high school swimmers who want to prepare for their upcoming season through conditioning, stroke development, stroke drills, and technique. Practices will progress with increased yardage and distance.
Prerequisites: participants must be enrolled in high school
*No practice on January 17

Springboard Diving - SummerAge 7+
Beginners will be introduced to the basic techniques, approach, hurdle step, entries, basic dives, and diving safety. Experienced participants who have taken a structured diving class before will receive instructions on further diving development. Additional levels of instruction will be provided depending on skill and experience.
